Returns

As all CTRLexist products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • buyer preference
  • minor color variations caused by screen settings

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly after an order is placed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of print-on-demand production, all custom-made items are considered non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
