Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our products are made to order after you place an order. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Change-of-mind returns and cancellations

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel an online order within the time limit set by applicable law, even if the item is not faulty. Whether an exception applies depends on the specific product and applicable law. Products made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from this right.

To cancel an order or exercise a right to return an item, contact us at ctrlexist2000@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide instructions and the applicable return address. Please do not send items to our production or fulfilment partner unless we have instructed you to do so.

Where the law allows us to do so, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item if you were informed of this before placing your order. Any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Order cancellations before production

Because orders are sent for production after they are placed, contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. We will try to stop it if production has not started. This does not limit any cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or you received the wrong item, contact us at ctrlexist2000@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and, where helpful, clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with applicable law. You will not be charged return shipping for a confirmed faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect item where applicable law requires us to cover that cost.

Exchanges

Contact us before returning an item to ask whether an exchange is available. Exchanges are subject to product availability and do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will issue it to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. Any legally required refund timeframe and amount will apply. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty goods, goods that are not as described, non-delivery, or cancellation of an eligible online order.
